What do you want to hear about at #SMWF 2014? Share your idea & be in with a chance to win two conference passes!

We are always keen to find out what you want to hear more about at #SMWF and earlier this month held a meeting with our #SMWF advisory board members to find out what key topics they felt we should be covering in next year’s event at the end of March.

Now we are offering you the chance to suggest topics we should be covering or speakers you would like to hear present at the show, which will be held at The Brewery in London 31 March to 1 April. The best new idea we implement will win two full conference passes for the show worth £995 each.

At our advisory board meeting lots of great ideas came up and the discussions we had have been very useful in bringing you an even better show for 2014. Gathering together such experts is key to putting together a great agenda for our shows and we are grateful to everyone who kindly gave up their time to attend and give us their valuable input.

We are already incorporating many of the great ideas that came out of the meeting into our programme of content for the show. The advisory board also made some interesting suggestions for alterations to the format of the show itself too, providing some great new points of interest.

The board suggested more debate type content within #SMWF – ensuring we are able to explore controversial topics in further detail, something which is likely to be done under Chatham House rules – ensuring you can speak with your peers with absolute frankness and know that what you discuss won’t be reported outside of the room.

We are also introducing a new roundtable discussion format to the show, allowing you to connect with likeminded people across industries that will enable you to discuss problems common to all, with representatives outside of your circle of competitors rather than simply focusing on silo industries.

We are also aiming for #SMWF to be more case-study orientated than ever before giving you greater insight into what your peers are doing to lead the way in social media, the challenges they have faced and the ways in which they have overcome any problems.

Our advisory board had lots of great ideas for the show. Now we want to hear from you. Email Hannah@sixdegs.com with “winning #SMWF suggestions” in the title or tweet us at @SocialMediaWF with suggestions for formats, subjects or speakers you want to hear more about by Friday 20 December latest.

The best suggestion that we implement will win two complimentary two-day passes to the show worth £995 each. If you don’t win don’t worry – a two day conference pass is available for £595, nearly half price, in an early bird offer until 31 January.

Register here for your ticket and don’t forget to email Hannah@sixdegs.com for your chance to win.
